Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 28, 2026
ProInstallers LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates GalaxyTranslate TM by SufiAI (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account or sign in (via email, Google, or Apple), we collect your name and email address to manage your account and subscription.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data such as translation frequency and language preferences to improve the App experience.
Subscription Data: If you subscribe to GalaxyTranslate Premium, Apple processes all payment information. We receive a confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the translation service; process your account authentication; manage your subscription status; improve and optimize the App; and communicate important updates about the service.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Sign-In: For account authentication. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Apple Sign In: For account authentication. Subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- AI Translation Providers: Text you submit for translation is sent to AI services for processing. We do not store translated text on our servers.
- Apple In-App Purchases: Subscription payments are processed by Apple.
4. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Account data is stored securely on our servers. Translation text is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; opt out of marketing communications; and withdraw consent at any time.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
Ring Doorbell Integration
When you connect a Ring device to GalaxyTranslate, we receive doorbell-press and event notifications and access a live audio and video stream from your Ring device during an active interaction, in order to provide real-time translation of the conversation between you and your visitor.
To provide translation, audio from the interaction is routed through our proxy server, which removes identifying information before sending the audio to Google for speech-to-text transcription and translation, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not retain Ring video or audio on our servers after the live interaction; any temporary processing on our proxy occurs in memory and is not written to disk.
To connect your Ring account, we store the authentication tokens Ring provides. These tokens are encrypted at rest and used solely to make Ring API calls on your behalf. They are retained until you disconnect your Ring account, which you can do at any time from within the app; disconnecting revokes these tokens. To request deletion of your account data, contact [email protected].
We use Microsoft Clarity for product analytics to understand how the app is used and improve it, subject to Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date.

Ring Integration: Data Storage & Data Flow
The diagrams below illustrate where data lives and how it moves when you use the Ring doorbell integration in GalaxyTranslate. We do not store Ring video or audio; live media is processed in memory only and discarded after each session.
Data Storage Locations & Systems
- App preferences & language settings
- Live session audio/video (in memory only)
- Local-only diagnostic logs
- Encrypted Ring OAuth tokens (at rest, until you unlink)
- Account/configuration records
- Google — speech-to-text, translation, text-to-speech (transient)
- Microsoft Clarity — product analytics
- AWS — hosting; Apple — push (APNs)
Data Flow Between Systems
(audio/video stream) → GalaxyTranslate Proxy Server
strips/removes identifying info → Google
speech-to-text & translation
text-to-speech (reply) → GalaxyTranslate Proxy / iOS App
translated subtitles & spoken reply → User’s iPhone
displays/plays result
Token flow: Ring OAuth tokens are exchanged via our callback endpoint and stored encrypted in the AWS/WordPress backend. They are used only to make authorized Ring API calls and are deleted when you unlink your Ring account. Ring video and audio are never written to disk on our servers.
