Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data such as translation frequency and language preferences to improve the App experience.

Subscription Data: If you subscribe to GalaxyTranslate Premium, Apple processes all payment information. We receive a confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the translation service; process your account authentication; manage your subscription status; improve and optimize the App; and communicate important updates about the service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Sign-In: For account authentication. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Apple Sign In: For account authentication. Subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
  • AI Translation Providers: Text you submit for translation is sent to AI services for processing. We do not store translated text on our servers.
  • Apple In-App Purchases: Subscription payments are processed by Apple.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Account data is stored securely on our servers. Translation text is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; opt out of marketing communications; and withdraw consent at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
