This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Galaxy Translate AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for your use of the Galaxy Translate AI mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable platform terms (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service).

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans (“Premium”) that provide access to unlimited translations and additional features.

  • Premium Monthly: $9.99/month with a 7-day free trial for eligible users.
  • Premium Yearly: $99.99/year.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App to transmit harmful, threatening, or objectionable content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Galaxy Translate AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party translation services (Google Translate API). We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of translations. Translations are provided “as is” and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or other critical purposes.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for conduct that we believe violates these terms.
